Cleaning Frequently Asked Questions about Cleaning Services
Q: Will I have the same cleaner every time?
A: Yes. We do our best to keep the same cleaner at the same household and we promise a temporarily cover if your regular cleaner falls sick or goes on holiday.

Q: How do I make payment?
A: You pay directly to your regular cleaner, who is self-employed, at the rate of £13.00 p/h ( from 01.11.2024) on the day of the cleaning. Payment to housekeeper is £14.00 p/h . If you are not at home you just leave the money out for the cleaner or make the payment directly to their account. The remaining £4.00 is our agency’s fee and it is payable on a monthly basis after you received our invoice (we e-mail them to reduce the amount of paper waste). You can either make a bank transfer directly to our bank account or send us a cheque. All necessary details you will find on our invoices.

Q: What if I don’t like the cleaner you allocated to me?
A: You can try as many cleaners as you wish until you are fully satisfied with your regular cleaner.

Q: What if I have complaints about my regular cleaner?
A: We will try to go to the root of the problem and find out why the cleaner is not performing to your satisfaction. We explained to the cleaner what she has to do differently but if the situation still persists we suggest to you a new cleaner who would be more suitable to your requirements.

Q: Do I have to be present during the cleaning?
A: Not necessarily. You can leave a set of keys to your cleaner and she will be carrying out the cleaning at an agreed day and time. 80% of our cleaners are key-holders. Each cleaner undergoes our security training for safe keeping keys.

Q: Who provides cleaning materials and equipment?
A: For End Of Tenancy and One Off Cleaning we provide

Q: What if I have to cancel some of my cleanings?
A: Should the client go away on holiday/business trip and wish to cancel some of the cleanings we would require 24 hours notice, either by an e-mail or by calling to our head office. Should we not receive an adequate notice or no notice at all we will have to charge a cancellation fee which is the full amount of a cleaning session. Please note though if your cleaning session takes place on Mondays we would require a client to call/e-mail us on Friday as our head office working days are Monday to Friday.

Q: Do cleaning operatives visit clients for a regular cleaning session on Bank Holidays?
A: Our cleaning operatives do not work on Bank Holidays but we can try to reschedule the missing cleaning session for another day of the week (subject to availability).
