We will make sure that your apartment is immaculate and ready to welcome your guests. It will be cleaned to the highest standards, bed linen replaced, fresh towels placed and basics supplied. Toiletries are available on request at an extra charge of £3.00
The pictures of the prepared apartment will be emailed/ texted to you along with confirmation that the job is completed so you have one less thing to worry about.
Any maintenance issues will be reported to you immediately and pictures provided. Minor issues can be fixed by our maintenance team at an additional charge (upon a request for a quote).
Our prices:
- Apartment size: 1 bed, 1 bath app. (1 guest) – Price for cleaning (up to 3 hrs) : £64.80 inc. VAT
- Apartment size: 2 bed, 1 bath app. – Price for cleaning (up to 3.5 hrs) : £75.60 inc. VAT
- Apartment size: 2 bed, 2 bath app. – Price for cleaning (up to 4 hours) : £86.40 inv. VAT
- Apartment size: 3 bed, 2 bath app. – Price for cleaning (up to 5 hrs) : £108.00 inc. VAT
Price per a double linen set and basics set: – £29.60 inc. VAT
The double set consists of 4 pillowcases, 1 duvet cover, 1 sheet, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels.
Toiletries, bath matts, toilet paper, kitchen cloth, bin bags, etc. could be delivered on request at an additional cost.
All the above prices include delivery charges.
